At the moment we are manually cancelling letters for people when they
ask us to. Once’s we’ve done this there is no indication that it’s
happened except for the date going red on the list of letters.
This commit adds some error messaging and styling to show when a letter
is cancelled.
Letting people cancel their own letters will be a future enhancement.
If a message has been sent with a test key it’s a bit confusing to just
say ‘Delivered’ on the page, because it hasn’t gone to anyone’s phone.
So this commit adds a bit of hint text to disambiguate what ‘Delivered’
actually means in this context.
This is better than just keying into the JSON because it means you get
an exception straight away when looking up a key that doesn’t exist
(which via mocking you could ordinarily miss).
Having the service floating about as JSON is a bit flakey. Could easily
introduce a mistake where you mistype the name of a key and silently
get `None`.
Also means doing awkward things like `if 'permission' in
current_service['permissions']`, whereas for users we can do the
much cleaner `user.has_permission()`.
So this commit:
- introduces a model
- adds a `.has_permission` method similar to the one we have for users
The main task that we think ‘caseworker’ users do is send one off
messages.
So this commit:
- makes sure users who don’t have the `view_activity` permission (ie
not ‘admin’ users) can still send messages
- adds navigation so that these users have a place to go from which to
start the process of sending a one off message
This works locally for a long running request and a large number of messages. However I suspect that nginx may be timing out the request. I'd like to try this on staging.

Changed the tests to use the mock from get_notification_letter_preview
instead of a generic NotificationApiClient.get. This will hopefully
protect any subsequent changes or calls from not being tested in future.

We're now running our app as a wsgi app locally, so don't need to
distinguish between the two processes by having wsgi and application.py
whitenoise just serves static files nicely - we don't lose anything
by doing that locally.
The GDS Way™[1] recommends using Flake8 to lint Python projects.
This commit takes the Flake8 config from Digital Marketplace API[2] and
removes the bits we don’t need.
It changes the `max_complexity` setting to 14, which is the most complex
code we have in this repo currently (we shouldn’t be writing code _more_
complex than what we already have).
This commit also fixes the errors found by Flake8, which includes 6(!)
tests which were never getting run because they had the same names as
existing tests.

If you’re using inbound SMS then I reckon it’s useful to be able to
naviagate from one message to the context in which that message sits
(ie the conversation).
This commit adds that link.
This is maybe a stopgap until we do something more like chat, where you
can reply on the same screen where you see the conversation, but maybe
it turns out we don’t want to do that – lets see how this works.
Adds a new endpoint that works like view template/view preview of
letter, so that this page works the same way it does for emails/text
messages (ie showing the full content of the message, including
personalisation).
We’re not worrying about redaction in letters for now.
The status won’t ever change from sending for letters. For now at least.
And even when we do come up with more useful statuses I’m not convinced
it’s useful to expose them to our admin users.
A more useful piece of information to show is when we think the letter
will be delivered.
If a template has the `redact_personalisation` flag set, then this
commit removes the personalisation from the notification before
rehydrating the template.
We’re doing this because we have a need to not show things like one time
passwords or two factor codes when we show the content of messages.
By passing through empty personalisation, and the `redact_missing` flag,
the `Template` instance will make use of the work done in:

For some reason:
- notifications sent from CSV files have the recipient as part of the
personalisation
- notifications sent via the API don’t have the recipient as part of the
personalisation
I’d only tested it locally with CSV-sent files so didn’t spot this. The
`conftest.py` fixtures we set up like the API already, but we didn’t
have an explicit test.
This commit adds a method to append the recipient to the
personalisation, so we can populate the template with it.
