Chris Hill-Scott eb9aed6d01 Cache GET /user response in Redis
In the same way, and for the same reasons that we’re caching the service
object.

Here’s a sample of the data returned by the API – so we should make sure
that any changes to this data invalidate the cache.

If we ever change a user’s phone number (for example) directly in the
database, then we will need to invalidate this cache manually.

    pip install virtualenvwrapper
    mkvirtualenv -p /usr/local/bin/python3 notifications-admin

Install dependencies and build the frontend assets:

    workon notifications-admin
    ./scripts/bootstrap.sh

Rebuilding the frontend assets

If you want the front end assets to re-compile on changes, leave this running in a separate terminal from the app

    npm run watch

Create a local environment.sh file containing the following:

echo "
export NOTIFY_ENVIRONMENT='development'
export FLASK_APP=application.py
export FLASK_DEBUG=1
export WERKZEUG_DEBUG_PIN=off
"> environment.sh
