Chris Hill-Scott 45579c59cd Store boolean values in Redis as valid JSON ...

Calling `.set()` with `True` stores the byte string `'True'` which
cannot subsequently be decoded from JSON (because boolean values in
JSON are lowercase, ie `true`).
