For users who: - want to send messages from a template - want to edit templates For developers: - who need to get the ID of a template This commit mainly cleans up the choose template page so there are less options, and the options that are there are less wordy. This means: - moving ‘send yourself a test’ onto the send messages page, and making it button - stripping a lot of stuff out of the ‘send from API’ page, so it’s more obvious what the template ID is

First-time setup
Languages needed
- Python 3
- Node 5.0.0 or greater
brew install node
NPM is Node's package management tool. n is a tool for managing
different versions of Node. The following installs n and uses the latest
version of Node.
npm install -g n
n latest
npm rebuild node-sass
The app runs within a virtual environment. To install virtualenv, run
[sudo] pip install virtualenv
Make a virtual environment for this app:
mkvirtualenv -p /usr/local/bin/python3 notifications-admin
Install dependencies and build the frontend assets:
./scripts/bootstrap.sh
Rebuilding the frontend assets
If you want the front end assets to re-compile on changes, leave this running in a separate terminal from the app
npm run watch
Create a local environment.sh file containing the following:

Running the application

Then visit localhost:6012
