Add more spacing between characters for billing reference number and PO number, so they are easier to read.
Also remove unnecessary autofocus.

As per ticket and as per Caley's request, so everything can be
edited together.
Also pluralise labels for billing contact info, to indicate
that putting multiple in is ok, and widen the input fields so
that it is more comfortable to input multiple contact details.
The following were added without the macro ever
being called:
- app/templates/views/add-service-local.html
(added in
e6f49825e5)
- app/templates/views/service-settings/data-retention/edit.html
(added in
4b8b571a87)
- app/templates/views/organisations/organisation/settings/edit-domains.html
(added in
936883bf7b)
The following were used when they were first added
but not removed when the macro stopped being used:
- app/templates/views/edit-letter-template.html
(macro removed in
20ae200de9)
- app/templates/views/organisations/organisation/settings/edit-agreement.html
(macro removed in

Changes the selector the live search in the set
email and letter branding pages in service
settings and organisation settings. The current
one targeted the old radios HTML whereas this
version targets the same for the GOVUK Frontend
radios.
Includes changing form.enabled to use
OnOffField, for consistency with other on/off
fields.
OnOffField's data is a boolean, not a string, so
some of the logic using it needed to be changed.
Uses the ServiceOnOffSettingForm.enabled.
Effects the following routes:
- /services/<service_id>/service-settings/switch-live
- /services/<service_id>/service-settings/switch-count-as-live
- /services/<service_id>/service-settings/permissions/<permission>
- /services/<service_id>/service-settings/permissions/broadcast
Includes changes to make the GOVUK radios
component render the h1 in the page. This is done
so the legend doesn't just duplicate the h1 and
is recommended in the design system guidance for
the radios component for pages that just ask you
for one piece of information.

Live services shouldn't be able to request to go live again. Once a
service is live we remove the option to go live from the Settings page,
but we still link to the page to request to go live from other places
e.g. the 'Get started' page. As a result, we've seen some services make
another request to go live when their service has already been live for
months - this change will stop that from happening.
When we converted textboxes on Notify to govuk-frontend design system
style with @tombye , we did not remove the imports.
This work is now done in this commit.
Some things that will still stay in our repo for now:
textbox macro in our components folder and associated css
textboxes which are really textarea fields (🤷 how do they work)
textboxes on the styleguide page
We should revisit this when we convert textarea fields
to govuk-frontend.
Accessibility audit uncovered issues screen-reader users would
have with autofocus on Notify pages. Autofocus can lead to
confusion for those types of users and make them miss parts
of the page.
Hence, we decided that autofocus will be turned off by default
for live-search component.
We decided to keep the autofocus on for live-search text box when:
1. the page is a task page - as opposed to browsing pages, where
user wonders freely, task pages have more established flow, so
page focusing on textbox can actually be helpful.
2. page does not have actionable elements above the autofocus.

2. page does not have actionable elements above the autofocus.
Includes the following pages:
- letter contact (in service settings)
- sms-senders page (in service settings)
- email reply-to (in service settings)
- API key page
Note: the call on the letter contact page uses
the first line of the contact address as the
unique identifier for each button.
Includes implementation of new code on Reply-to
email addresses page.
The existing code put the live region on the
module element so the id and button were
read out when the state changed.
The report from the Digital Accessibility Centre
(DAC) said screenreader users were confused by the
content changing because it wasn't announced.
These changes attempt to make the state changes
clearer by:
1. moving the live region out into a separate
element so we can better control what is
announced
2. adding hidden text around to the button and text
above (sometimes the id, sometimes the 'Copied
to clipboard' text) to give more context
When the id is copied to clipboard, the button
changes but this is not announced as the
live-region text takes precedence (due to being
set to 'assertive'). Because of this, hidden text
has been added in change 2 to explain what the new
button does.
