This line doesn’t make sense now that you can upload a contact list in
advance of having a template.

82634f79de Use new API endpoint to get single contact list
When we first built the contact list feature this endpoint didn’t exist.
Now it does we can remove the slightly cludgy looping-through-all-the-lists
code.

b5d279e890 Redirect to uploads after save contact list
The saved uploads page just shows you the same thing you’ve seen on the
previous page – a list of email addresses.

It’s more useful to see the uploads page, so you can see where the thing
you’ve saved has gone. You can see it more in context.

341b9009f3 Harmonise the typography when listing uploads
24px with 19px is what we use on the uploads page. On notifications page
we use 19px with 16px.

There’s some loose idea that the bigger size is for items that contain
other items.

This also increases the line height for recipients of PDF letters to
make things line up.

b99216173e Sort contact lists appropriately
On the uploads page this should be newest first, same as the scheduled
and immediate jobs on this page.

On the _choose_ page this should be alphabetical, same as choosing a
template.

050f98fea6 Show contact lists on the uploads page
Uploads page is where all the stuff you’ve uploaded lives. Now you can
upload contact lists they should live here too.

They always come first because they’re the most-removed from stuff
you’ve sent.

b22ea172b9 Add button to uploads page
We need a place where people can get into the contact list journey. This
is going to be the uploads page, because that’s where stuff you upload
lives.

At the moment this is platform-admin only, until we’re ready to launch
the feature.

03f2368deb Use the correct bucket for storing contact lists
We don’t want to muddy them up with the normal CSV uploads.

I’ve tried to reuse the existing S3 code where possible because it’s
well tested.

Buckets have already been created.

1c02476ee7 Let users upload a contact list to use later
We increasingly have teams wanting to do business-continuity type
messaging. They might be without access to their normal systems, which
is where they would otherwise go to get the list of email addresses or
phone numbers.

So we want to give them a place in Notify where they can store their
spreadsheets and use them at a later date.

For the initial pass we’re going to scope this to only allowing
spreadsheets with one column, ie just phone numbers/email addresses.
This is because:
- it minimises the amount of personal info we’re storing
- it reduces the chance of getting a placeholder error when you go to
send the message, which is probably a high-stress situation where you
might not be able to re-generate the file

The code for this is mostly copied from the existing upload CSV journey.
It’s quite duplicative, but that’s what I needed to do to get this out
quickly. There are opportunities for refactoring later.

Similarly, I would have liked to split this up into better commit
messages, but it really was a case of just bashing code out until it
worked 😳

This commit does not:
- implement the ‘view a contact list page’ (it just has a placeholder
because the API isn’t ready at the moment)
- link to this page (because it’s not ready to use yet)

4a832cfebb Fix tests relating to buttons on uploads and service settings pages
Some of the tests for buttons on the uploads page were not testing that
the right button was present / absent. There are hidden cookie buttons
in the HTML which means that we were sometimes finding one of these on
the page instead of the intended button.

On the service settings page, we changed the service setting buttons to
links some time ago, so tests that the buttons weren't on the page were
always passing.

3ad00adfb3 Reverse chronologically sort scheduled jobs
Now that scheduled jobs are mixed in with regular jobs it looks weird
for the sort order to be different. This makes the sort order
consistently go from furthest in the future to furthest in the past.

The old sort order made sense when scheduled jobs were displayed
separately on the dashboard.

3c3355536e Say ‘recently’ not ‘yet’ because jobs aren’t forever
We’re going to change the jobs page so that it only shows jobs within
the last n days (your data retention)1.

This will match how long uploaded letters stick around for.

Therefore it’s not accurate to say ‘yet’, because that implies all-time.
Since the data retention for different channels could be different it’s
hard and maybe unhelpful to give an exact time period. ‘Recently’ is
content we used here before, but then changed.

7a780d115e Test that addresses display on uploads page
We didn’t have a test that checked for the first two lines of the
address being displayed when rendering one-off letters on the uploads
page.

I double checked in the database and we store addresses in the `to`
field with newlines, not commas.

e638b68af1 Add some more content to the empty page state
We think that we need to make it clear what the difference between
uploading a letter and uploading a spreadsheet is, and where you go to
do each.

We get some confusion about uploading being behind the ‘Send’ button on
the template page. There’s some concern that launching the upload page
will increase this confusion, unless we head it off with some messaging.

eed5e0fdd7 Combine scheduled and already-sent jobs
I’m hoping that if I can design something that clearly differentiates
them then we won’t need to do so by putting them in separate tables,
which then need labelling, which would clutter up the page.

c20ec82cd2 Show scheduled jobs on page one of the uploads page
This is the same thing we do for caseworking users who don’t have the
dashboard. Since we’re going to summarise scheduled jobs on the
dashboard instead of listing them they need to be listed here instead
(which is where we’ll link to from the dashboard).

Design of this will probably evolve as we work out how to style single
letter uploads and letter jobs, but that’s OK for now because no-one
has the uploads page at the moment.

d83250c7c2 remove the generic 400 error page handler
it just shows a h1, so isn't helpful for people. We can re-use the 500
error page, which includes instructings "Try again later" and
instructions on what to do next (check the status page, email notify
support).

this required refactoring to ensure we can show the 500 error page while
still returning the required status code

f3bb93f460 Replace straightforward buttons and links styled like buttons
This replaces the buttons that aren't part of a macro and that we don't
need to write additional styles for with their govuk-frontend equivalent.

There were some links that were styled to look like buttons, so these
have also been replaced with the new govuk-frontend macro.

There was one button on the `choose-account.html` template that was in a
section of code that was never reached - this has been deleted.

The recipient of the letter now displays at the bottom of the page when
previewing a valid letter. The template preview `/precompiled/sanitise`
endpoint returns the address, but we format it to display on a single
line with commas between each line. We also need to convert the
recipient address to ASCII so that it can be stored as S3 metadata.

ef335e7601 Require IDs to be UUIDs in URLS
We mostly rely on the API returning a 404 to generate 404s for trying
to get things with non-UUID IDs. This is fine, except our tests often
mock these API calls. So it could look like everything is working fine,
except the thing your passing in might never be a valid UUID, and thus
would 404 in a non-test environment.

So this commit:
1. uses the `uuid` URL converter everywhere there’s something that looks
like an ID in a URL parameter
2. adds a test which automates checking for 1.
