This table is no longer used or referenced in the code. We can remove this mapping table now that the organisation to service relationship is handled by the foreign key in Services.
Generic single-database configuration.
flask db migrate to generate migration script.
flask db upgrade to upgrade db with script.
flask db downgrade to rollback db changes.
flask db current to show current script.
