Leo Hemsted 0324ba02ff split process_job up into process_job and process_row ...

makes tests a bit cleaner, and makes it much easier to test letter
functionality. haven't moved many tests around, just changed a couple of mock calls

Changed the body of the request to use the right phone number, the phone number is not currently used in the callback logic but if it was then this may cause a problem.
