- Fixed a few tests that broke on account of the changes
This moves the back link to be above the `<main>` tag by making use of
the new `backLink` block. This doesn't change the pages which are using
a back link as part of the `page_header` macro yet.
Includes:
- turning off :visited styles to match existing
design
- swapping heading classes used to make links bold
for the GOVUK Frontend bold override class
- adding visually hidden text to some links to
make them work when isolated from their context
We may need to revisit whether some links, such as
those for documentation and features, may benefit
from having some indication that their target has
been visited.

If your service is receiving inbound messages, you might want to reply
to them. Without an API integration, the only way to do this is by doing
the send one off flow. But currently there is no direct link from the
page which shows the inbound messages.
So this commit:
- adds a link to a new page…
- …which shows the available (ie only text message) templates with which
you can reply
You’ll quite often be landing half way down this page. So the context
afforded by being able to see the phone number gives you some
reassurance that you’ve landed in the right place.
We anchor link to the relevant message in a thread. Which is good, but
it leaves the messages hard against the top edge of the viewport. This
looks sloppy. So this commit:
- makes each message focusable
- shifts the focused message with CSS to sit away from the viewport
> Once an inbound message has been received, there should be a way to

> such. This way the context of the reply is understood.

> Initially will only see the outbound template, not the actual message,
> but we’re going to change this for the rest (soon), so that you can
> always see the full message for all outbound.
