`prefix_sms_with_service_name` is a computed attribute on the service
model. It’s where we get the value from, and the API does some work to
get it from the database, or derive it from the default SMS sender.
It can’t be updated, because it’s not itself a database column.
`prefix_sms` is the name of the actual database column. This is the
thing that we need to update.
This will go away eventually.
We’re extracting this from being determined based on what the sender
name is to its own setting.
This commit will let users set it independently.
Until the explicitly set it, it will still be determined based on
whether their default sender name matches the default for the platform.
we unpack the api invited user rest endpoint results straight into the
InvitedUser object, so we should make sure that any fields added to
the api response are mentioned here
Different parts of government get billed slightly differently, and
there’s differences in how much money we’re allowed to give them.
Think these numbers are right, but should be double checked.
So that we can default services to their appropriate text allowance, we
need to find out what sector they're in. So let's start collecting that
from teams as they create new services.
I think Central/Local/NHS are the right options, but these can be easily
changed if not.
The GDS Way™[1] recommends using Flake8 to lint Python projects.
This commit takes the Flake8 config from Digital Marketplace API[2] and
removes the bits we don’t need.
It changes the `max_complexity` setting to 14, which is the most complex
code we have in this repo currently (we shouldn’t be writing code _more_
complex than what we already have).
This commit also fixes the errors found by Flake8, which includes 6(!)
tests which were never getting run because they had the same names as
existing tests.

As before the service manager will not be able to change the Text message sender once they have the inbound sms permission.
If the inbound sms permission is turned off the Text message sender setting is once more configurable by the service manager.
The inbound number remains bound to the service, but has "inactive", so that the number can not be used again.
- This is done using a new endpoint in the api.
- Removed the AddServiceForm in favor or using the ServiceNameForm
- Removed ServiceApiClient.find_all_service_email_from
Because we’re setting the API key and service ID after calling the
`__init__` method of the client it wasn’t doing the thing where it
splits the combined key into the two individual UUIDs. So we still need
to set them directly, individually on the client.
The Notify API client changed in version 4 to take two arguments, not
three (service ID was removed in favour of the combined API key).
This gets a bit gnarly because the API key has to be at least a certain
length so it can be substringed internally.
Works similarly to the delete template flow, because it’s a destructive,
one-way action.
Not on the edit template page, because it’s not something you want to be
considering every time you’re editing a template. And we saw that people
couldn’t find the delete button when it was on this page.
Adds a bit more CSS for the `dangerous` banner type, because the content
here is quite complicated. Breaking it into a list helps, but the
spacing didn’t look right, so needed some tweaking.
Can ship independently of the code that shows the redaction, but needs
the API first.
