8ca7832541 Filter test messages from jobs on the dashboard
While test messages technically have a file and are a job, there’s not
much reason to ever revisit them. So all they end up doing is cluttering
the dashboard and making it harder to find the actual files you’ve
actually uploaded from your computer.

So this commit:

- abstracts the name of test messages into config
- filters out any files whose filename represents a test message
- adds some more thorough tests for the jobs on the dashboard

fa7345e9d0 Make template statistics on the dashboard a table
It was a `<dl>` before which is kinda weird. Especially when the jobs
table was a real `<table>`.

It also means we can give it column headings so that new and invited
users have a better idea of what it is.

e5d2514846 Make template graphs look consistent with page
The graphs of template usage feel a bit weird to me now.

1. They are counts of messages, but the numbers are very small
not big like we do everywhere else (eg the counts on a job)

2. There’s a lot of blue, especially for something that you can’t
   click

This commit makes the numbers bigger and the bar chart grey.

06903d54be Remove template type filter from activity
This commit splits the activity page into two pages, one for emails
and one for SMS.

Technically this means moving from having template type in the
querystring and putting in it the URL, eg:

*Before*:
`/services/abc/notifications/?template_type=sms`

*After*:
`/services/abc/notifications/sms`
This commit changes the activity page to only have controls

8a4b0ba88c Add a message count component
The logic to say ‘1 email sent’ vs ‘12 text messages sent’ is repeated
all over the place. So this commit adds a component to put it in one
place.

1b8236f5f8 Make template usage on dashboard easier to scan
The dashboard looked a bit table-y. This commit makes four main changes:

- show a bar chart (drawn in CSS) for template usage (only shown if
you’ve used more than one template recently)
- only break down template usage by template name, not template type
(because that’s happening with the big numbers)
- change the style of the ‘show more’ links under each section so that
they are all consistent, and a little less busy (one less keyline)
- remove the ‘recent templates‘ title so that the first two sections of
the page group under ‘in the last 7 days’

00030bc254 Add usage to the dashboard
Takes the number of emails and SMS fragments sent from:
https://github.com/alphagov/notifications-api/pull/273

Using these numbers it’s possible to show:
- how much of your allowance is left
- or how much you have spent

For now the allowance and rates are hard coded.

Only for users that have manage service.

312a903e65 Limit templates usage on dashboard to last 7 days
Previous the table of templates on the dashboard was for all time.
This commit uses the `limit_days` parameter of the API endpoint to only
show template usage from the last 7 days, aligning with the big numbers
shown above.

5bf0d8fe70 Show all statistics fetched on the dashboard
We want to align all our stats to be for the last 7 days.

This means summing up the stats response from the API to make the Big
Number. Previously the big number was counting sent notifications as
successful. This commit changes it to only look at delivered
notifications.

Right now, the API doesn’t have a way of filtering to only show the last
7 days. So for the moment the dashboard will show statistics for all
time.

The upshot of this is that we can link from the dashboard to the
activity page when there are failures.

4568c0e5ab Sort template stats by usage
Template stats should show the most-used template first.

This commit:
- re-writes the `aggregate_usage` function to use `itertools.groupby`,
which can do aggregation, and can return data in a structure that’s
  easy to sort on
- uses generators so that we’re not keeping lots of rows of template
  stats in memory

b38ae08ad6 Put some statistics on the dashboard
This commit adds two new sections to the dashboard

1. A banner telling you about trial mode, including a count of how many messages
you have left today, which is a restriction of trial mode

2. Panels with counts of how many emails and text messages have been sent in a
day, plus the failure rates for each

It does **not**:
- link through to any further information about what trial mode is (coming
  later)
- link through to pages for the failure rates (coming later)
- change the ‘recent jobs’ section to ‘recent notifications’

acc13feddb Add prompt to add first template to dashboard
https://www.pivotaltracker.com/story/show/112814667

> As you need to have templates to send any notifications, we should be nudging
> people to do that when they sign in.
>
> This should be in the dashboard, with a link to manage templates.
>
> Should be bright and shiny and only show if the service has no templates.

This commit adds the above.

It also rationalises the language (some places used ‘create template’, others
used ‘add template’, this changes everything to the latter).
