We were getting all letter logos from a method in the email branding
client. Since we will be adding more client methods to deal with
letters, it makes things clearer to separate the email and letter
branding clients.
Since platform admins can use the new settings page, this commit:
- links to that page
- removes the platform-admin-only endpoint that switches basic view on
and off
‘Caseworker’ was a bad name because it:
- suggested that Notify might be expanding into case management
- may or may not map to someone’s actual role, in a confusing way (this
is why ‘manager’ is also a bad name)
‘Basic view’ is the best name we could come up with because:
- it describes the purpose of feature, not the user
- a ‘view’ changes what you can _see_ as much as it changes what you can
do
Admin remains a good word – in research users self-describe their use
of Notify in using it. This commit makes the name ‘admin view’ to match
‘basic view’.
This also means we can hide the legend for this fieldset because the
choices are self-explanatory.
There was a bug where caseworking users skipped the part of the invite
flow where their invite was cleared from the session. This caused
a 500 if they later tried to create another service.
This commit makes sure that both types of user have the invite cleared
from the session after accepting it.
Eventually the ability to have the caseworking view for your service
will be self-service. But while we’re still building it only we should
be able to enable it, for our own testing purposes.
So this commit adds platform admin functionality to switch the feature
on and off for our services.
Adds a platform admin button to the service settings to turn on/off
'upload_document' service permission. The permission allows uploading
documents to document-download-api through the post notification API
endpoint.
we were seeing isort produce different outputs locally and in docker -
this was due to it having different opinions about whether the tests
module (ie all our unit tests) is a first party (local) or third party
(pip installed) import. It's a first party import, so by defining this
in the setup.cfg isort settings, we can force it to be consistent
between environments.
Note: I don't know why it was different in the first place though
Done using isort[1], with the following command:
```
isort -rc ./app ./tests
```
Adds linting to the `run_tests.sh` script to stop badly-sorted imports
getting re-introduced.
Chosen style is ‘Vertical Hanging Indent’ with trailing commas, because
I think it gives the cleanest diffs, eg:
```
from third_party import (
lib1,
lib2,
lib3,
lib4,
)
```

Users can choose whether to have these features on or off now. And
a platform admin can still use the same controls to switch the features
on or off on behalf of a user. There’s no need for the separate buttons.
As before the service manager will not be able to change the Text message sender once they have the inbound sms permission.
If the inbound sms permission is turned off the Text message sender setting is once more configurable by the service manager.
The inbound number remains bound to the service, but has "inactive", so that the number can not be used again.
