This makes it clearer that this model collection isn’t the organisations
for a user or a service or some other entity, like most model
collections are.
It will also lets us make a separate Organisations model, without the
name conflicting.
This makes it consistent that an option which contains more options has
a hint about how many options it contains.
Also adds a formatter to get us ready for 1,000 services 🎉
Rather than force us to write the decorators in a specific order let’s
just have one decorator call the other. This should make fewer lines of
code, and fewer annoying test failures. It also means that the same way
of raising a `401` (through the `current_app` method) is used
everywhere.
The view code shouldn’t need to know the internals of a service’s data
structure; the idea of having a service model is to abstract this kind
of thing.
For consistency with `.organisations`/`.organisation_ids`.
`.services` returns a list of semi-rich dictionaries for each service.
`.service_ids` returns service IDs only.
In reality we shouldn’t have any live services that don’t have an
organisation. But we probably do locally, in preview, etc., and we
shouldn’t lose a way of accessing them.
Upgraded pyexcel-io from 0.5.14 to 0.5.16. This change causes Werkzeug
to be upgraded from 0.14.1 to 0.15.1 which requires some changes:
* ProxyFix now needs to be imported from a different location
* The status code of RequestRedirect has changed from 301 to 308. Since
status code 308 is not currently supported on Internet Explorer with
Windows 7 and 8.1, this subclasses RequestRedirect to keep the status
code of 301.
